Coffee seminar at the American Farm School 

On Friday the 24th of April, the students and teachers of the American Farm School, an exemplary educational institution, organized a seminar about coffee. Yiannis Taloumis was invited to reveal the secrets of coffee, with an interesting narration of the bean’s route from the farm to the cup. Since he spends a lot of time visiting coffee farms, he communicated his personal experiences from his contact with the coffee farmers and discussed about the plantation of this exquisite fruit, the different varieties, the processing as well as the roasting to end up to the appropriate brewing method. A coffee tasting followed with different coffee varieties while a very special cappuccino beverage was prepared, using the famous milk of the school.
